GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
Please submit an original abstract for an oral/e-poster presentation
-Mention the preferred mode of presentation {oral (Award/Free paper) or e-poster). Scientific Committee will decide the final mode of presentation
-Abstract should not be more than 250 words. This word limit includes only the body of the abstract; not the author’s information or references.
-Abstract should include:

SPECIFIC CONSIDERATION:
CRITERIA FOR ELECTRONIC POSTER (e-poster)
-All the posters should be in portrait orientation
-All the information on the poster (text, data, photos, figures) should be within one
slide
-Font size should not be less than 10 pt.
-PDF file up to 10MB are acceptable
-Avoid submitting compactly packed, high word-count posters
-The font used should be clear like Times New Roman
-Poster can be subdivided into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Literature Cited
-Logos of affiliated health institutions should be kept on the upper left corner
CRITERIA FOR AWARD PAPERS:
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
-Residents who are pursuing a PG program under medical colleges/Universities
-Residents should also have a signed letter from the Head of the Department, the evidence of their ongoing residency
-The selection process is kept blinded for reasons of non-revelation of identity
-All the presenters must be careful that the title and the text of the body must be free of any kind of revelation of the names (author/institute/hospitals/medical schools etc.)
-Failure to comply with the above requirements will/may lead to automatic rejection of the submission
-Acceptance of the abstract will be notified by -25/3/2023
